Event Introduction

General

Sometimes there are different events, some of which are themed. Among other things, new Quests and Achievements are added, which can only be solved at these events. In addition, special goods can be produced in the production workshops for a certain time. Production can only take place during the ongoing event, but the finished products will remain after the event (an exception is the Glowing Substance at the Fog-Event). There are also smaller, less extensive events that often only last a few days.

Winterevent

• Start and end are variable from year to year, roughly from Nov/Dec to Jan/Feb
• Village and friends map are covered with snow
• Loading screen as a snowy landscape
• Apple purchasable from Ekonomikrisis.
• Exotic Spice purchasable from Ekonomikrisis.
• Mint purchasable from Ekonomikrisis.
• Snowball can be found by mining Straw, Wood, and Stone
• Icicles can be found by mining, fishing, and beating up Romans
• Present can be crafted in the Tailor.
• Baked Apple can be crafted in the Tavern.
• Roasted Boar with Mint Sauce can be crafted at the Butcher.

Flower Power Weeks

• Start and end are variable from year to year, roughly from February to April
• Roses drop when clearing forests
• Lilies drop when harvesting the fields
• Tulips drop when hitting the stones
• The flowers are available in the Market for Roman Helmet
• Bouquet is craftable in the Tailor.
• Wrapped Gift is craftable at Tailor.
• Grand Bouquet is craftable in Tailor.
• Bunch of Tulip is craftable at the Leatherworker.
• Present is craftable at the Tailor.

Spring Festival

• Does not come every year
• Rabbits drop more and in different places (including in Egypt)
• Double XP when fighting Legions and Patrols

Hockeyevent

• One-time event in May-June 2017
• Flat stones can be found under stones
• Bent branch found while chopping wood
• Flat Round Stone craftable in the Stonemason
• Curved Stick craftable at the Carpenter
• Metal Soled Shoe can be crafted at the Leatherworker
• Event Item: Frost Potion available at Quest

Summerevent

• Start and end are variable from year to year, roughly from July/Aug to Sep
• Blueberries available from fighting Romans and in the boxing ring
• Blueberries are not tradable
• Moving buildings is free
• Greatly reduced weapon crafting time
• Low chance of Sawfish and Swordfish when fishing

Gaulish Artisan Weeks

• Does not come every year
• Production times for all weapons are limited to a maximum of 60 minutes
• Poor Spear, Spear, Poor Sword and Sword are no longer available in the Market since then

Fog-Event

• Start and end are variable from year to year, roughly from October to November
• The village and friends map are shrouded in fog
• Additional 6 Glowing Patrols around the village
• Ambushes disabled
• Glowing Substance (obtainable by defeating Glowing Patrols, as well as some quests)
• Some weapons for the boxing ring at Ekonomikrisis are only available for Glowing Substance
• Glowing Spartan Helmet available from Ekonomikrisis for Glowing Substance
• Anti-mist potion craftable in the Druid's Circle.

Small events

Weekend of the Legions

• Comes every 4 weeks alternating with Village Brawl Weekend
• Runs from Friday 3pm to Sunday 11:59pm CET (or CEST)
• Doubled the number of resistance points on victorious attacks on legions

Village Brawl Weekend

• Comes at the end of a tournament every 4 weeks, alternating with Legion Weekend
• Runs from Friday 3pm to Sunday 11:59pm CET (or CEST)
• Double points in boxing ring when winning (both offense and defense)
• Defeat points are not doubled

Feast of Slashes 2015/16

• Existed at the end of 2015/beginning of 2016
• Double points in boxing ring when winning (both offense and defense)
• Defeat points are not doubled
• Doubled the number of resistance points on victorious attacks by legions
• Reduced prices for weapons for the boxing ring at Ekonomikrisis
