Introduction

The Butcher, like the Fish Market and Tavern, is a Market building. It generates sesterce over time up to its maximum capacity. Sesterces need to be collected manually by the player. Selling certain drop items or dishes (that can be crafted in the Market buildings) increases the speed of sesterce gain. The maximum capacity is increased at certain upgrade levels of the Fish Market (and by one of the two decorations).

The butcher is available from the beginning and does not need to be built.

Merchandise

The cycle for sesterce production in the butcher shop is 3 minutes. This means that new sesterces are generated every 3 minutes and added up until the capacity is fully used. The collection is done by the player.

Base production is 6 sesterces. This value can be permanently increased with the help of upgrades and decorations (see below).

More sesterces can be generated for a short time by selling goods and dishes. It should be noted that the full capacity is reached very quickly.

Selling can be achieved by selecting "Goods" in the butcher's circle menu. If goods have been placed in one or all of the designated spaces, there is a sesterce bonus for a certain number of cycles. The amount and duration depend on the goods (see table below). It doesn't matter how long the current cycle lasts.

Example: A Gallic soup is placed in the market. There is a sesterce bonus of 8 sesterces for the current and the following 39 cycles (a total of 320 sesterces for 40 cycles).
