Village Well

The village well provides 1 Water for 1 Food.
There is a rare chance to get additional sesterces and a VERY rare chance to get additional Roman Helmets. There are no XP for drawing from the village well. |
Egyptian Well

Drawing from the Egyptian well also costs one food.
However, there is no guarantee that water will actually be drawn from the oasis - instead other goods will be brought to the surface. In addition to water, sand can also be extracted from the well with a very high probability. With a low probability there are Egyptian fish, rock oil and like in Gaul with a VERY low probability Roman Helmets with additional sesterces. In Egypt, two XP are distributed for each scoop.
